Snapchat is finding new ways to innovate, this time through a gaming hub baked into the app.
Gaming on social media is not a new. Platforms such as Facebook having similar features, allows users to send games back and forth with friends.
Snapchat haven’t released much details about their new feature outside of a Q4 release.
However, Snapchat has informed the media that they are reaching out to game developers to sign on.
This new feature comes on the heels of the introduction of IGTV – the new long-form video feature that allows creators to post vertical videos ranging from ten seconds to sixty minutes long – making the tense competition between platforms ever-growing.
