It’s that time of the year again, this is an open invite to all EDM lovers this August 5th and 6th for Chasing Summer’s 2017 edition.
Chasing Summer is a 18+ festival experience which encourages music, art, culture, and nothing but good vibes. It was named after Canada’s love for the summer due to the long and tough winters it faces every year.
This year, from 1 to 11pm, the largest EDM event in Western Canada will be held at the Max Bell Centre Festival Grounds, to celebrate the strong presence of EDM in the global music and arts landscape.
The lineup for the first day will include Tiesto, W&W, What So Not, and Lost Kings on the Chasing Summer Stage and Infected Mushroom, Kill the Noise and Illenium on the Sunrise Stage.
On Sunday, August 6th, Zedd will be performing at the Chasing Summer Stage alongside Slushii, Elephante, and Nghtmre. Delta Heavy, The Funk Hunters, and Bleep Bloop will be performing at the Sunrise Stage.
In addition to the musical talents, there will be a wide variety of food trucks available to satisfy all your dietary needs.
There is no parking allowed on the festival grounds, therefore it’s recommended that attendees use public transit, (the C-Train stops north of the festival site at the Barlow/Max Bell Station), or catch a taxi (plenty will be available along Barlow Trail SW).
Tickets are still available for purchase here.
